Activity Therapist I

The incumbent provides therapeutic programming services within the Delaware Psychiatric Center's Jane E. Mitchell Forensic Building, serving 42 clients under Level 5 supervision. Duties include assessments, facilitating daily therapeutic groups, developing and carrying out programming/activities, progress note documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary treatment team. This role develops person centered interventions, supports individualized goals, and promotes completion of treatment objectives.
