SAP Client Delivery Manager (17087)

Overview Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen. Baer is looking for SAP Client Delivery Manager for a 12 month Federal Remote Project. Title: SAP Client Delivery Manager Location: Remote, with some team onsite in Herndon, VA Duration: 12 months Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Responsibilities Act as the primary engagement lead, representing project to the customer. Manage scope, schedule, and delivery of cloud engagements. Lead customer onboarding and kickoff meetings (virtual/in-person). Oversee technical and functional aspects of SAP S/4HANA PCE projects. Understand contract requirements and manage to scope. Coordinate and facilitate: Build Sheet Management, Change Management and Escalation Management Track and report on issues, incidents, service requests, and ticket aging. Support project lifecycle documentation: decisions, risks, actions, and issues. Deliver regular status updates to customers and NS2 leadership. Participate in internal reviews and team meetings. Requirements Proven experience managing technical IT or SAP projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of SAP software, including implementations or upgrades. PMP certification. Knowledge of cloud architecture and IaaS models. Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, OS). Background in SAP Basis or supporting SAP Mission Critical Applications. Experience working in a managed services environment. Federal or DoD customer project experience is highly desirable.
