Lead daily operations for a school-age after‑school program Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides Foster a positive, welcoming environment where children feel safe, included, and excited to participate Plan engaging activities including games, enrichment projects, homework support, STEM, arts, and outdoor recreation Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners Oversee attendance, staffing, communication, and day-to-day program operations Develop your team while helping every child have an exceptional after‑school experience You’re a Great Fit If You… You love leading people just as much as you enjoy working with children.
