Job Description
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing core shipment and load management activities with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Working in accordance with established office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), this role serves as a key point of contact for customers and carriers throughout the shipment lifecycle. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute one or more of the following tasks in line with company SOPs: creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, invoicing, and updating financials.
• Perform non-standardized activities related to carrier payments (T-Cheks), including rejecting orders, cancelling orders, updating and resolving events, booking loads, bouncing loads, and executing load builder profiles.
• Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond promptly to customer and carrier requests.
• Document events using knowledge gained through SOPs and on-the-job experience, and follow defined escalation procedures when required.
• Follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure satisfaction, escalating questions or concerns as necessary.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in internal systems according to company and customer standards.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and/or country-specific requirements.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Associate Operations Coordinator.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (select roles only).
• Minimum of 2 years of call center customer service or transportation/logistics experience (for external candidates).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Prior work experience requiring strong attention to detail.
