• Work well in a team environment to get things done.
• Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Need to be able to multi-task and take initiative to do things before being told what to do.
• Understand what is takes to get the job done right.
• Learn from experience as well as from those who have experience.

What You Can Expect:

• Crew referral program - any existing crew person gets $50 if they refer someone who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days.
• After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week's pay on their anniversary date.
• Medical insurance available after 90 days.
• Flexible hours.
• Free employee meals up to $5 per shift.
• 401K with company match up to certain %.
