Exciting Opportunity for a Cath Lab RN!


Job Description:
- Schedule: Day Shift, 4x10 Hours (06:30 - 17:00)
- Role: Cath Lab RN with expertise in Diagnostic and Intervention procedures.
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
- 1 year of Cath Lab experience (Diagnostic and Intervention including Structural).
- Previous Charge Experience preferred.
- Charting System: Cerner experience preferred.
- Daily Caseload:
- Work with 8-10 cases daily.
- On-Call Requirements:
- 2-3 weekday nights from 7 PM to 6:30 AM (second call).
- Weekend call approximately every 4-5 weeks (starting Friday 7 PM through Monday 6:30 AM).
- Rotating call every 12 hours during on-call periods.
- Floating: Generally not required, but may occur if needed.
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS.
- BLS.
- Weekend Requirements: Call only.
- Travel Considerations:
- Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility.
- Candidates within a 75-100 mile radius may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Submission Requirements:
- SSN and DOB required at submission.
- Submit 2 Manager or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years.
- Required certifications must be listed at application.
- Orientation: 16 hours, held every other Thursday.
- Special Requirements:
- WV does not consider RCIS as licensed to work in the Cath Lab.
