Job Description

Join our dynamic team on the K9A - Oncology/Women's Surgical unit, where you will provide exceptional patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are met for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an oncology and surgical setting.
• Administer medications and observe patients for reactions or side effects.
• Assist with procedures including pelvic exams, echo, and thoracentesis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using Cerner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license and BLS certification required.
• Chemo certification is preferred.
• Experience in oncology or surgical nursing is a plus.
