This role ensures compliance with medication protocols and participates in audits and performance improvement activities. The technician documents medication administration and patient observations accurately while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality standards. They assist in training new staff, attend team meetings, and support overall clinical operations. Additional duties include equipment handling, supply management, and floating to various patient care areas as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervisionMonitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and behavior; report abnormalitiesParticipate in audits, training sessions, and staff onboarding processesMaintain medication supplies, medical equipment, and ensure regulatory complianceFloat between units, assist team members, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standardsAdditional Details- This is a full-time/40 hour per week position. -Candidate must be licensed a SRNA and a CMA I with the KY Board of nursing. -This position offers a $3K sign on bonus for full-time employment.Qualifications & RequirementsEDUCATIONHigh School graduate or equivalentEXPERIENCE1-year related experience in a medical environment preferredLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSMust be certified as a Medication Technician in the state within which services are providedCurrent CPR CertificationMust maintain their SRNA certificationThis position is available only to those who reside in the United States.We Are an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerWe value the contributions of team members with a broad range of experiences, skills, and perspectives and are committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all.We encourage you to apply!
