Part Time Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Role Overview: A physical therapist assesses, plans, and implements rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. Services are delivered across the continuum with a focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families, providing education, discharge instructions, and referrals. Conduct patient assessments, establish and evaluate treatment programs, and set realistic discharge goals. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, education, and discharge plans according to departmental guidelines. Maintain professional and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality, punctuality, and proper communication. Foster excellent customer service by applying AIDET principles, encouraging teamwork, and creating a positive environment. Participate in ongoing professional development, mandatory education, and training activities. Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Licenses and certifications: Physical Therapist license and BLS certification.
