Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a professional and approachable Customer Service Associate to assist customers with everyday questions product and service information and general purchasing needs. This position involves working directly with customers providing guidance on available options and helping ensure each interaction is handled efficiently and courteously.

The Customer Service Associate will support customer-facing operations by explaining relevant service details assisting with inquiries and helping individuals navigate available offerings. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people communicates clearly and can remain attentive while managing multiple customer interactions throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions about available products services and purchasing options.

Provide information about product features service details and current offerings.

Help customers understand differences between available selections.

Listen to individual customer preferences and provide appropriate assistance.

Respond to general questions about service procedures and customer requirements.

Assist customers with completing routine requests and related documentation.

Explain applicable promotional details and service terms accurately.

Help customers locate relevant information and available resources.

Address common questions or concerns using established company procedures.

Direct specialized inquiries to the appropriate team member when necessary.

Maintain familiarity with updated product information and service offerings.

Support customers who need clarification or additional assistance before making decisions.

Keep informational materials and customer resources organized and accessible.

Maintain accurate notes regarding customer requests and completed activities.

Communicate recurring customer questions and service observations to colleagues.

Assist with maintaining a professional and orderly customer environment.

Coordinate with team members to ensure customer requests are handled promptly.

Follow established guidelines for customer communication and information accuracy.

Participate in product briefings and scheduled team meetings.

Complete additional customer service responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or 12 years of experience in customer service sales hospitality business or a related field.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly and professional approach to customer interactions.

Ability to listen carefully and understand individual customer needs.

Comfortable explaining products services and available options.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple customer requests in an active environment.

Good judgment and practical problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience working directly with customers is helpful but not required.
