Our team is committed to maintaining high-quality communities through exceptional service, proactive maintenance, and strong operational excellence.We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of delivering excellent service to residents and property owners.Position SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of multiple residential and commercial properties.
