What You'll Bring:

• Strong clinical skills in emergency and medical-surgical care
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system, with prior experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS are required; TNCC is a plus
• Critical Access and travel experience highly valued
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing high patient volumes
• Flexibility with schedule and willingness to work a 12-hour shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Nice to Have:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience working in high-volume ER settings
• Leadership qualities and willingness to serve as Charge nurse when needed
• Comfortable wearing any color scrubs

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Prior experience in ER or Med/Surg units at a Critical Access Hospital
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes situations efficiently

Other Requirements:

• Availability for scheduled shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays within a blocked schedule
• Knowledge of working in Cerner charting environments
• Must be able to work in a high-volume ER handling upwards of 200 visits per month
• Willingness to work charge nurse duties as required, with additional compensation
