Step into a hands-on, multi-discipline maintenance role within a manufacturing environment in Aurora, IL. Whether you’re on second or third shift, your day revolves around keeping production moving: executing scheduled PMs, diagnosing controls and mechanical issues (including PLC-driven lines), and logging work in the CMMS—all while upholding rigorous safety standards.

What a typical shift looks like

• Start with a quick review of CMMS work orders, then knock out prioritized preventive maintenance.
• Respond to equipment calls, tracing faults through electrical systems from 24 VDC up to 480 VAC.
• Diagnose PLC-related issues and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime.
• Service and tune hydraulic and pneumatic systems for stable, repeatable performance.
• Tackle facility upkeep tasks as needed to support a safe, efficient plant.
• Update the CMMS before shift end to capture work performed, parts used, and follow-ups.

• Schedule: 2nd & 3rd shift available

What you bring

• Manufacturing background with strong troubleshooting instincts.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, and/or 5–10 years of related experience/training.
• Solid grasp of electrical systems and components from 24 VDC through 480 VAC (including 120/208/240/480).
• Electro-mechanical foundation with proven maintenance and repair skills.
• Comfort diagnosing PLC issues and tracing root causes methodically.
