The team is responsible for managing the syndication, marketing, bookbuilding, allocation and execution process for equity and equity-linked transactions. Working closely with investment bankers, institutional investors and internal stakeholders, the team plays a critical role in delivering capital solutions to corporate and financial sponsor clients.Your skills and experience• experience within Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Capital Markets.• develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.• prepare client presentations, industry analyses, and strategic recommendations.• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple live transactions simultaneously.• Strong attention to detail, risk awareness and commitment to regulatory compliance.• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and applicable securities registrations preferred.• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
