Responsibilities: \n The Cath Lab CVT, under the direction the of the director/charge person, monitors procedures, including all diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral catheterization studies, ensures safe patient care, and works as a scrub assistant. This is a PRN Day Shift position. Qualifications: \n \n Education \n \n Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy \n In Lieu of education requirements, a minimum of five (5) years’ experience and:\n \n Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire) OR \n Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire) \n \n \n Licensure/Certification/Registration \n \n American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (preferred) \n If no ARRT, then one of the following licenses or certifications:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n -FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license OR \n -FL Registered Respiratory Therapist license OR \n -Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification OR \n -Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification \n -any of the four license/certifications above within 12 months of hire if no degree in the applicable fields \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n BLS required \n ACLS required \n \n
