This role is responsible for translating business strategy, market intelligence, and operational priorities into compelling customer-facing and executive-level communications.The successful candidate will combine strong commercial and Sea Logistics expertise with exceptional communication, presentation development, and project management skills. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will create impactful content, support strategic customer events, and help ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience across the organization.How you create impactDevelop and execute customer engagement content aligned with Sea Logistics business priorities and customer needs.Create executive-level presentations, leadership briefings, market updates, newsletters, webinars, and other customer-facing materials.Translate complex industry trends, market developments, and business initiatives into clear, compelling, and visually engaging narratives.Coordinate and support customer events, conferences, webinars, leadership meetings, and industry engagements from planning through execution.Partner with global, regional, and national stakeholders to gather insights, refine messaging, and ensure communication consistency.Manage multiple projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership by developing strategic communications that strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.What we would like you to bringStrong knowledge of international Sea Logistics, ocean freight, and global supply chain operations, with experience in a logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain organization.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation development skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse internal and external audiences.Proven experience creating executive-level presentations, strategic communications, and customer-facing content that translate complex business topics into clear, engaging narratives.Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, global trade dynamics, and developments impacting the ocean freight industry.Demonstrated project management and event coordination experience, including managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design, with a strong eye for visual storytelling, branding, and content quality.Highly collaborative relationship builder with experience supporting customer events, conferences, webinars, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.What's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
