Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

divh2Warehouse Inventory Specialist/h2pMake a difference./ppOverview:/ppReceive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory. Delivery Driver responsibilities will be required for this role as well./ppTypical Functions:/pulliPerform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse./liliOperate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers instructions./liliMaintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections./liliUnload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies./liliAccurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required./liliSelect and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations./liliMay perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED/li/ulpWork Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm/ppCompensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $16.00 per hour depending on experience./ppAdditional Information:/pulliSteel toed boots required./liliCDL not required, but must pass DOT medical exam./li/ulpWhy should you join Cape Electrical Supply?/ppThe company has specialized in providing a high level of service and a large available product offering of the industrys leading brand names.
