About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen strategic customer relationships across the automotive aftermarket industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in the Warehouse Distributor (WD) channel who is looking to take ownership of a regional territory and make a direct impact on business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing key distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering revenue and market share growth. The role requires strong commercial judgment, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to execute customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Manage and grow relationships with key automotive aftermarket customers and Warehouse Distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts within the assigned region.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead customer meetings, product presentations, business reviews, and sales negotiations.
• Manage pricing discussions, promotions, product programs, line reviews, and assortment expansion.
• Build strong relationships with regional and national distributors, purchasing groups, and other key industry partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure successful customer execution.
• Support the introduction and expansion of products and private-label programs within the assigned territory.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates on revenue, pipeline, customer activity, and market opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and other business development activities.
• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed to support customers and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Strong experience working with Warehouse Distributors (WDs) and aftermarket customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, and market growth objectives.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and regional accounts.
• Strong understanding of automotive aftermarket products, distribution channels, and customer dynamics.
• Experience with pricing, negotiations, account management, and sales planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region.
