The facility emphasizes continuous learning, mentorship, and clinical development, offering opportunities to refine skills in orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurological rehabilitation.In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload that may include orthopedic injuries, post-operative patients, balance and gait disorders, chronic pain, and general musculoskeletal conditions. Typical responsibilities include comprehensive initial evaluations, individualized plan-of-care development, progression of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, patient and family education, and coordination with referring providers. Documentation is completed in an EMR system to support efficient, accurate charting and strong communication across the care team.A typical day includes a consistent schedule of patient evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions, with time allocated for documentation and care coordination. Patient volumes are managed to promote quality, hands-on care and continuity of treatment. You may see a mix of new evaluations and established patients, with opportunities to focus on areas of clinical interest as the clinic continues to grow and refine its specialty programs.Shifts are primarily daytime hours on weekdays, with possible extended hours depending on clinic needs and patient demand. Weekend or evening coverage may be requested on a limited basis to support community and patient access. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
