Brand Manager | NOVA TastingsNOVA Tastings is a rapidly growing experiential marketing company leading high-impact activations across Virginia, DC, and Maryland. We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead teams, drive sales, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoLead, train, and manage 40+ SuperNOVAs (Brand Ambassadors) to ensure performance and alignment with company goalsDrive sales through strategic event planning and executionMonitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performancePartner with distributors, suppliers, and clients to support sales initiativesManage reporting, expenses, travel, and overall operational executionEnsure strong communication and 100% customer satisfactionTerritory- Must Reside in or near RichmondRegional responsibility across retail and key accountsTerritory to include: Blacksburg, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Richmond and surrounding, Virginia Beach and surrounding.Travel up to 70% - 100%What We're Looking ForExperience managing teams and driving performanceStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with a high level of accountability and ownershipAbility to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused environmentOur Core ValuesAccountability.
