OverviewAt All Ways Caring HomeCare our Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. External Job DescriptionResponsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to, the following:
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Companionship
- Personal hygiene care
- Transportation assistance
- Other light duties as assigned
- No prior experience necessary; Orientation and training provided
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
