Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Minimum 2 years of inpatient Occupational Therapy experience
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
NPI number required or candidate must begin the application process prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Epic experience required
Strong acute-care/inpatient clinical skills
Hard-working, resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional scrubs required
Must live outside the facility’s 50-mile radius
Ability to participate in an every-other-holiday rotation
Must comply with facility flu and COVID vaccination/masking policies
13-week contract with ASAP start
