StretchLab Scarsdale is looking for an experienced General Manager / Studio Manager to lead our growing boutique fitness studio. If you’re a motivated leader with a background in sales management, fitness, retail, hospitality, membership sales, or business operations , this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of the fastest growing wellness brands in the country.

Location: Scarsdale, NY

Position: General Manager / Studio Manager

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $52,000 to $55,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses and commissions

Top performing General Managers regularly earn $70,000+ annually.

Whether your background is in boutique fitness, gyms, hospitality, retail leadership, or membership sales, you’ll receive the coaching, support, and resources needed to succeed.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of studio performance, including:

• Drive membership sales and recurring revenue growth
• Lead daily studio operations
• Recruit, coach, and develop high performing Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Deliver exceptional customer service and member experiences
• Build relationships through community outreach and local partnerships
• Monitor key business metrics including membership growth, retention, revenue, and studio performance
• Create a positive, energetic culture focused on teamwork and accountability

Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, health clubs, boutique fitness, gyms, or membership based businesses is highly preferred.

• Base salary: $52,000 to $55,000 annually
