Construction Project Manager Location: Albany, NY Our client, a highly respected and established General Contractor specializing in commercial construction, is seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Albany, NY. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, this company offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage diverse construction initiatives. About the Role: As a Construction Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery. You will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring effective collaboration. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement of materials. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial projects. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools. Why Join?
