Computer Repair Technician

Core Competencies: Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices within an allotted time frame Have dexterity to be able to use your hands with small tools and parts Clear vision and the ability to follow instructions Ability to adapt to ever-changing electronic industry Ability to multi-task efficiently Able to comprehend technical documentation, charts, and operating Timely output to ensure continuity, quality, and safety is mandatory Communication: ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement. Dexterity: Computer repair techs use their hands to manipulate objects within the computer. Troubleshooting: Computer repair techs must be able to diagnose, repair and test computer problems as they arise. Hiring Requirements: Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem" Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients Physical skill requirements Vision/hand-eye coordination to perform repairs Lift 25 Lbs.
