What You ll Do:

• Provide expert ENT clinical care, specializing in minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary cancer care initiatives with The Cleveland Clinic
• Drive innovation using advanced robotic surgical platforms, including Da Vinci Xi systems
• Develop research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutions
• Participate in community outreach to improve healthcare access and reduce disparities
• Manage a robust surgical volume with guaranteed OR block time from day one
• Share call responsibilities (1:4 schedule), supported by APPs and hospital staff

What You Need:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Prior clinical experience beyond training (not suitable for new graduates)
• Proven leadership skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
• No visa sponsorship required
