Compliance AnalystThe Compliance Analyst supports the organization's compliance program by executing core monitoring, reporting, and documentation activities across a healthcare MSO and its affiliated entities in California. This role plays a key part in maintaining program integrity by supporting compliance operations, vendor compliance, exclusion screening, corrective action tracking, and regulatory reporting.The Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining audit-ready documentation, validating compliance data, and supporting regulatory and internal audit processes. This role works under the direction of Compliance leadership to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and execution of compliance program requirements.Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred: Relevant certifications or coursework in healthcare compliance.Minimum: At least one year of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or related field.Preferred: Experience in MSO, IPA, medical group, or managed care setting.Any combination of educational and work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements would qualify for consideration of this position.Professional certification (e.g., CHC – Certified in Healthcare Compliance) preferred.Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance principlesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in data tracking and reporting toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyThe physical demands described here are represented by those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Primarily a sedentary, hybrid role involving computer-based work with occasional travel. Requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex regulatory issues under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Includes frequent interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders, as well as occasional lifting or moving equipment up to 15 pounds.$38.46 - $43.27 / hourly
