CMM Programmer - Calypso

Job Details: 1st shift, $28-$38/hr. High-tech, high-precision machine shop environment. Position hosted by Kimberly Bartlein-Kraus. A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to support quality operations in a fast-paced, high-mix aerospace environment. Proficiency with Zeiss Calypso programming and dimensional inspection of tight-tolerance components is required. Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid uniforms and work boots Tuition reimbursement programs Long-term stability with opportunities for growth Work Environment Clean, organized, and temperature-controlled facility Modern, well-lit workspace with advanced inspection equipment Collaborative and supportive team cultureDynamic job shop environment offering variety and new challenges daily Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software Perform dimensional inspections on complex aerospace components to ensure compliance with specifications Create and implement inspection plans and documentation for production and first-article inspections Provide training and guidance to shop floor personnel on inspection processes and quality standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement or quality issues Ensure adherence to quality procedures and industry standards within a job shop environment Qualifications Proven experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso Strong background in dimensional inspection of precision-machined parts, preferably in aerospace or highly regulated industries Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications Experience working in a high-mix, job shop setting is highly preferred Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support team members Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
