Road Safety Inc. is hiring experienced Traffic Control Journeymen for lead roles on job sites throughout Northern California. We're looking for reliable, safety-focused professionals with strong field experience who are ready to step into leadership positions and manage day-to-day traffic control operations.
As a trusted provider for major utility and infrastructure projects, Road Safety Inc. values professionalism, accountability, and team collaboration. If you're an experienced journeyman ready to lead crews and support safe, efficient work zones, we want to hear from you.
Position Requirements:
- Must have prior traffic control experience
- Current union journeyman status or willingness to obtain dispatch
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews, equipment, and site safety in the field
