Draw blood samples from patients Prepare the testing room with proper tools Educate patients about the blood draw process Ensure proper labeling of samples Provide excellent customer service Work split between Sammamish Primary Care and Bellevue Internal Medicine Associates Work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays Requirements High school diploma or GED required Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited school and/or on-the-job phlebotomy training required Current Washington State Medical Assistant–Phlebotomy required Medical Assistant–Registered License required; OC clinic will provide once hired Health care provider CPR Certification required American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) registration a plus Six months phlebotomy experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in phlebotomy techniques and patient education while providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting. Holds necessary certifications and licenses to ensure compliance and quality in blood sample collection.
