Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site  with our client in Grapevine, TX . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Coordinates and performs tests at the quality control stage of the manufacturing process.
• Gathers and studies information regarding materials and components used in production.
• Draft proposals for testing programs and operating procedures; outline the specific testing conditions to be applied.
• Tests new products; develops systems to gather digital data during testing.
• Studies the data gathered during testing and evaluates the validity of the results.
• Identifies problems with new products; makes adjustments or recommendations to resolve issues.
• Continues testing and analysis until results are within product requirements and specifications.
• Drafts detailed technical reports to present findings; based on findings, recommends modifications needed to correct production problems.
• Develops ongoing quality control testing procedures to be incorporated into the regular production process.
• Find Innovative methods to save time and Money while maintaining the effectiveness of the quality.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
• Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
• Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.
• Communicates and works well with all business partners.
• Ensures inventory management and merchandise allocation flow products through the warehouse are cost-efficient and productive.
• Performs other related duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Test Engineer.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Moderate Scripting/Configuring (but not limited) using C++, Python, XML, and CMD.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Architecture of general Computing devices.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare test reports and proposals.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss product flaws constructively and positively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Able to lift to 75 pounds at times.
• Able to traverse the production facility.
