We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a growing title and escrow company.

Your Specific Duties Will Include:

• Preparing and delivering closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders.
• Accurately disbursing escrow funds and completing related administrative tasks such as reporting.
• Reviewing all documentation, including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions, to ensure readiness for closing.
• Monitoring transaction progress to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the purchase contracts.
• Communicating and coordinating with industry professionals, including realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers.

Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:

• Active Escrow Officer license.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of the escrow and title processes, relevant regulatory guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
