Join our Team As the Bakery Team Lead, you'll be an integral part of our production team, working closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll lead a team of 4-7 associates, focusing on hitting production targets, improving processes, and maintaining a safe and high-quality work environment. You'll ensure seamless operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead your team in fostering a culture of total employee engagement.
