Housing Stability Life Skills Coach

Volunteers of America Upstate NY is hiring a Life Skills Specialist (LSS) in Rochester, NY. This full-time position focuses on providing hands-on support to residents in a Permanent Supportive Housing program, promoting independent living and housing stability. The LSS will work directly with residents to coach essential daily living skills and collaborate with Case Managers and Resident Assistants for coordinated support and goal achievement.
