Thriveworks is currently seeking individuals pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LICSW in Lexington, MA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:Must be seeking independent licensure and living in MassachusettsMust reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour programGraduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is requiredGraduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weeklyA behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and childrenInvested in helping your clients achieve measurable progressConfident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR toolsA good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributorsCompensationUp to $73,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
