What You’ll Do

As a Retail Customer Service Associate , you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing friendly, helpful service.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Handling merchandise, including sorting, stocking shelves, and arranging displays.
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
• Supporting donation intake and ensuring items are handled with care.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a heart for serving others. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Alignment with our mission and values as a nonprofit Christian ministry.
