More Than a Sales Position

What You'll Do:

• You'll engage with business owners, learn about their operations, understand their ambitions and identify opportunities where our agency can help.
• Your responsibility is to develop relationships, qualify opportunities and introduce prospective clients to the right solutions.
• We handle the technical execution, service delivery and ongoing client support, allowing you to focus on building meaningful relationships and developing new business.
• This is professional business development, not high pressure telemarketing.

Compensation & Opportunity

First Year On Target Earnings: $100,000

This is a 100% commission based opportunity with no base salary.

Our recurring monthly commission model allows you to build a portfolio of qualifying client accounts that can continue generating income month after month while you remain actively engaged with the agency.

First year OTE is a performance based target, not guaranteed compensation. Actual earnings depend on production, client retention and the commission agreement.
