Job Description Ryder is immediately hiring a Dispatch Coordinator in Dayton, NJ to support our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role involves clerical support in a fast‑paced logistics environment and includes receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring the accuracy of information. Compensation Hourly pay: $21.00 (based on experience) Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pay type: Hourly Benefits 401(k) savings plan with company match Discounted employee stock purchase options Medical, dental, vision benefits starting 30 days Quality employee discounts on tools, cars, appliances, travel, and more All major holidays paid; paid time off within the first year Up to 12 weeks paid maternity leave Summary Under general supervision, the Dispatch Coordinator performs clerical functions such as filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones, and maintains accurate records and files. Essential Functions Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned.
