Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, counseling, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals, interventions, and resources for client support.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing safety plans to address immediate needs of clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational classes, support groups, and workshops that enhance client engagement and learning.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals in recovery from substance use, as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
