Job Description

The Private Dining Lead serves as the liaison between the event sales team and event execution team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events and each client's expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.

• Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requests
• Coordinates client requests in a timely manner
• Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events
• Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Hourly Rate: $25.00-$30.00 Plus commission

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality or retail experience
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Detail-oriented in writing and physical spaces

Job Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and be mobile for periods up to 4 hours in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
