Senior Project Finance Analyst

We're partnered with an established Renewable Energy IPP that develops, owns, and operates its own generating portfolio. The company has scaled its asset base significantly in the past few years and maintains a significant pipeline in development & construction. Multiple financings are live right now including construction debt, term loan, and tax equity, alongside a corporate credit facility. This is high-growth opportunity with real deal exposure from the jump, providing direct collaboration with, and mentorship from, senior leadership. What You'll Do Build and maintain project finance models across construction and operating-stage assets (i.e. construction debt, term loan, and tax equity structures) Support active financings end-to-end; diligence prep, lender/investor reporting, and closing coordination Diligence acquisition opportunities and corporate finance modeling Support development-stage modeling in collaboration with development Prepare and track loan draw requests, sources & uses, and funding schedules Support covenant monitoring and financing compliance across the portfolio Assist in preparing lender reports, compliance certificates, and post-closing deliverables What You'll Bring 1–4 years of experience in project finance, renewable energy finance, or infrastructure finance Direct experience building and running project finance models Foundational knowledge of construction debt, term loan, and/or tax equity structures Strong Excel skills, with experience in cash flow models and scenario analysis Prior work experience at an IPP, developer, energy/infra fund, advisory firm, or project finance lender preferred Denver-area based or willing to relocate; hybrid schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr Inventure
