Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida State Physical Therapy License is required to start the position.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Experience with digital health platforms or hybrid care models preferred, given this role's Digital Health Specialist focus.
• Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
