Youth Program Aides And Leaders

The Healthy Families division is hiring for Youth Program Aides and Leaders for the City of Hampton's School Aged Program. Are you passionate about shaping young minds? Candidates will be selected for available positions at one of the various Before & After School Program sites for Hampton City Schools based on the qualifications listed below:

Youth Program Aide - Requires high school graduation or successful completion of a GED. Experience working in the programmatic group care of children is preferred.

Must be age 18 or older at time of application.
This position is safety sensitive and is subject to testing for alcohol and controlled substances in accordance with the City's current substance abuse policy.
Must successfully pass a background check related to the position prior to any offer of employment or promotion.

Youth Program Leader - Requires high school graduation or successful completion of a GED. Requires a minimum of one (1) year of experience in leading recreational activities.
