A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to join a well-established facility in Dingmans Ferry, PA. This direct hire position offers a dynamic work environment with variable day and afternoon shifts, providing 69 bi-weekly hours. The role emphasizes leadership, operational management, and exceptional customer care within a community-focused pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaboration with store operations teams, enhancing associate engagement and aligning pharmacy associates with department and company goals.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance processes.
• Drive the pharmacy’s business growth by managing inventories, facilitating clinical programs like immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and tracking weekly sales performance.
• Lead pharmacy department staff with supervision, training, coaching, and disciplinary measures, maintaining high standards of security and customer service.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify prescription details and resolve issues.
• Maintain orderly, clean pharmacy operations while promoting ongoing staff development to improve performance and reduce turnover.
• Manage daily pharmacy priorities including cycle counts, inventory control, and customer communications.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

• Variable day and afternoon shifts.
