Senior IT Product Manager, (Industrial Platform)HF Sinclair is seeking a Senior IT Product Manager (Industrial Platform Manager) in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of the Unified Security Platform (USP). Preferred Education Level: Master's degree.Required SkillsDemonstrated experience owning enterprise-scale technology roadmaps, investment tradeoffs, and value realization. Familiarity with technology and cybersecurity platforms spanning IT and OT environments. Product & Platform Management Skills. Strong strategic thinking and roadmap development capabilities. Experience in both long-term roadmap and near-term prioritization decisions. Proven ability to influence delivery without direct authority. Experience balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution realities. Technical & Business Acumen. Strong technical literacy across platforms, cloud, data, and cybersecurity domains. Understanding of IT/OT environments and secure-by-design principles. Familiarity with capability maturity models and risk-based prioritization. Fluency in linking technical delivery decisions to business and risk outcomes. Ability to translate business and security strategy into feasible platform capability roadmaps.
