HERE'S THE FINE PRINT

Run a portfolio of client‑facing projects with cross‑functional teams of Box Consultants Estimate and manage resource assignment to projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget deliverables Provide status reports with utilization, financial, and project progress analysis Consistently devise mitigation plans for risks and issues throughout the portfolio of projects Identify scope and requirement changes quickly, communicate impacts, and produce required artifacts such as Change Orders or mitigation plans Manage project requirements and ensure quality outputs from cross‑functional teams Maintain project backlogs and recommend on‑going work on strategic initiatives Act as the “true owner” of the project to BC executives and the wider BC organization through multiple channels Contribute to project management methodology, internal initiatives, and practice development

WHO YOU ARE

A high‑energy client‑facing professional who can work with diverse stakeholders and quickly adapt to varying project environments A project leader who can own the customer outcome and motivate a cross‑functional team to deliver exceptional results Capable of clearly communicating key project updates to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership Experienced juggling multiple projects (≈10 at a time) while staying organized 4+ years of experience in consulting or project management roles, and/or in the B2B SaaS industry Skilled at measuring status and managing the financial, scope, and timeline of a project as defined in contracts such as an SOW or Change Order Power user of project management tools (e.g., Kantata, SmartSheet, MS Project) and related productivity tools (Slack, Google Calendar) Nice to have – PMP certification or comparable formal training and experience in project management A driver’s license may be required if you are asked to visit clients onsite.
