TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator for one of clients located in Newnan, GA!

 

Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support inventory management and purchasing operations. This role is responsible for analyzing order reports, maintaining appropriate raw material inventory levels, and ensuring accurate data management within SAP. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in storeroom management, purchasing, inventory control, or a related field, along with strong SAP expertise.

 

Job Details:

• 6-month Contract

• $20-$25/hr 

• Shift: M-T 8a-5p Fridays 8a-12p

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 
As an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our supply chain management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze order reports to identify inventory needs and purchasing requirements.

• Establish, monitor, and maintain raw material stock levels within SAP.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through routine audits and system updates.

• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to support material availability.

• Track inventory trends and assist in forecasting material requirements.

• Generate and review inventory-related reports and provide recommendations.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movements.

• Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory management processes.

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in storeroom management, inventory control, purchasing/buying, or a related role.

• Extensive hands-on experience using SAP for inventory and materials management.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
