Service Advisor

Royal Moore Mazda Buick GMC Service Department is a well-established automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities Greeting customers and listening to their service requests and concerns. Conducting a thorough vehicle inspection and documenting issues accurately. Communicating recommended services, repairs, and estimated costs to customers. Assisting customers in making informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Coordinating service appointments and ensuring timely completion of work. Providing exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the service process. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in explaining technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
