The anticipated application window will close on November 12 Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesLead coach and develop a high-performing manufacturing team consisting of multiple Team Leaders and production employees fostering a culture of accountability engagement safety and continuous improvement. Manage all day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations including production planning workforce scheduling resource allocation staffing performance management and workflow optimization. Ensure production targets customer delivery requirements and operational objectives are consistently achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety quality productivity and cost control. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvements in efficiency throughput scrap reduction first-pass yield and overall operational excellence. Promote and enforce all company safety policies procedures and regulatory compliance requirements creating and maintaining a safe work environment for all team members. Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality Engineering Supply Chain Assembly Manufacturing Maintenance and Human Resources to resolve production challenges and drive sustainable process improvements. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address safety incidents quality concerns equipment downtime and production bottlenecks. Support employee development through coaching performance feedback training initiatives succession planning and talent development activities. Drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste elimination process standardization and operational efficiencies. Ensure adherence to standardized work instructions quality procedures and company policies while maintaining accurate production records and reporting requirements. Manage labor utilization and departmental expenses to support budgetary goals and overall business objectives. Participate in and support new product launches process improvements and facility growth initiatives as required.
