Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a respected, well-established local business seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to become a long-term member of their team.
This isn't just someone to answer the phones—they're looking for the heart of the front office. Someone whose warmth can be heard through the phone, who enjoys keeping things organized, and who takes pride in creating an outstanding first impression.
What You'll Be Doing:Answering and directing a steady flow of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Greeting customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Providing administrative support to the office team
Assisting with filing, data entry, and general office duties
Serving as the front office "gatekeeper" by directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Working closely with coworkers to keep the office running smoothly
Managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service
